When your job is all about making a difference, no two days are ever the same.
Fundamentally, you’ll be helping your customers improve their lives. Therefore, a day in the life of a Life Planner can take many different forms.
On one day, you may meet prospective customers, listen to their concerns and show them how a particular AIA product or service could be of use to them. On another, you may check in with your current customers to get feedback on how their current products are working out for them or to suggest other ways that they can plan for the future.
During on-site training, we fine tune your knowledge to industry trends. It aims to help better serve your customers by doing things like helping them with paperwork, to sending them to the hospital. In short, a Life Planner plays many roles – a financial advisor on some days, a confidant or friend on other days. It’s up to you to make the most of it.
