Terms & Conditions
1. This plan covers individuals up to age 80.
2. Yearly Cash Bonus is applicable for AIA Vitality members only. The bonus payable is a percentage of the premiums paid for both A-Life Beyond Critical Care and A-Plus Beyond Advance Care.
3. Health Screening Benefit is applicable for AIA Vitality members with basic coverage amount of at least RM100,000. This benefit is only available after the first policy year.
4. PMCM Service is only available to policies with basic coverage amount of at least RM100,000.
5. Recovery Support Benefit & PMCM Service from A-Life Beyond Critical Care will terminate 1 year after the critical illness benefit has been fully claimed.
6. Maturity benefit will only be available if the critical illness benefit has not been fully claimed.
7. You will receive your Yearly Cash Bonus on every policy anniversary provided that your AIA Vitality membership has remained active throughout the policy years.
8. The premium rates of this plan are level and based on your age at issuance date of the plan.
9. The premiums for this plan are not guaranteed and AIA reserves the right to revise the premium rates by giving you 3 months written notice.
10. The premiums paid for this plan may qualify you for a personal tax relief, subject to the final decision of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.
11. You will have to serve a waiting period before you can make any claims under this plan. Different waiting period shall apply for different benefits.
