1. This plan covers individuals up to age 80.

2. The premium rates of this plan are level and based on your age at issuance date of the plan.

3. The premiums for this plan are not guaranteed and AIA reserves the right to revise the premium rates by giving you 3 months written notice.

4. The premiums paid for this plan may qualify you for a personal tax relief , subject to the final decision of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.

5. Please note that premiums paid by business organisations are subject to the applicable tax imposed by the Government of Malaysia at the prevailing rate.

6. You will have to serve a waiting period before you can make any claims under this plan. Different waiting period shall apply for different benefits.

7. You will receive your Yearly Cash Bonus on every policy anniversary provided that your AIA Vitality membership has remained active throughout the policy years.
