1. This plan covers individuals up to age 80. Coverage for TPD is up to age 65 and coverage for female pregnancy benefit is up to age 45.

2. Bundle of Joy is eligible provided all requirements are met.

3. We will pay out Gift of Joy benefit if your application for A-Life Joy Xtra is submitted while you are less than 35 weeks pregnant and approved before your baby is born. This benefit is only payable once for the same insured of A-Life Joy Xtra and provided the proof of childbirth is submitted.

4. Female carcinoma in situ or cancer is referring to the following female organs: breast, cervix uteri, uterus, fallopian tube, vulva/vagina or ovary.

5. If you get married legally or give birth from the second policy year onwards, we will pay out the benefit on the next policy anniversary following the claim submission, provided that premium is paid up-to-date. We will only pay this benefits once in a policy year. This means that if you get married and give birth in the same policy year, you will receive the second payment in the subsequent policy year.

6. You will receive your Yearly Cash Bonus on every policy anniversary provided that your AIA Vitality membership has remained active throughout the policy years.

7. The premium rates of this plan are level and based on your age at issuance date of the plan.
8. The premiums for this plan are not guaranteed and AIA reserves the right to revise the premium rates by giving you 3 months' prior written notice.

9. The premiums paid for this plan may qualify you for a personal tax relief, subject to the final decision of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.

10. You will have to serve a waiting period before you can make any claims under this plan. Different waiting period shall apply for different benefits.

11. Please note that premiums paid by business organisations are subject to the applicable tax imposed by the Government of Malaysia at the prevailing rate.
