Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The AIA Vitality Contest 2017 (“the Contest”) is open to:

I.All Malaysians or those residing in Malaysia;

II.Aged 18 and above; and

III.Follower of AIA Malaysia official Instagram @aiamalaysia and AIA Malaysia’s Facebook page, facebook.com/aiamalaysia

No purchase of any AIA product is necessary to participate in this Contest. The Week 3 Contest Period is from 4th September 2017 to 10th September 2017 ("Contest Period"). Any submissions made after the cut-off date of the Contest Period will be disqualified.

2.1 Challenge Mechanics for Week 2

Step 1: Share a healthy meal. Score more points for a higher chance of winning with the following:

I.Get up to 100 points for creativity (based on judge’s discretion)

II. Get 10 points for a photo entry or 20 points for a video entry

III. Get an additional 20 points if share your recipe in the caption

Step 2: Include #AIAVitalityMY in your caption and tell us about your healthy meal

Step 3: Share it on Facebook or Instagram by 10 September 2017 and tag us (@AIAMalaysia). Please ensure your profile or account are set as public.

3. Prizes
Allocation and description of prizes by week may vary without prior notice. In the event of entries with similar points, the final selection of the winner is dependent on the total points collected and by judge’s discretion.

The three entries of the week with the highest amount of points decided by creativity, format and recipe in the caption will win:

• 3x 150,000 AirAsia BIG points
• 2 TGV movie tickets
• 2 invites to the AIA Vitality Wellness Festival

The next 47 entries with the highest points awarded by the same criteria will win:

• 2 TGV movie tickets
• 2 invites to the AIA Vitality Wellness Festival

Invites to the AIA Vitality Wellness Festival happening in Kuala Lumpur on 22 September 2017 does not include cost of travel, accommodation or any other expenses and solely provides access to the event.

4. Judging Criteria
Your Facebook and Instagram entry submissions will be judged based on the amount of points collected and creativity. Judge’s decision is final and any appeal shall not be entertained.

5. Winner 
The winner i.e. the account owner of the Facebook or Instagram account that submitted the entry will receive a Direct Message from AIA after the announcement of the winners. All winners will have to respond to us with a receipt confirmation and any other necessary details. If you fail to respond to our Facebook or Instagram message within 3 working days, your prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to select another winner. AIA shall not be held responsible for any losses (including loss of opportunity and any other losses flowing therefrom) and damages suffered in the event the winner cannot be contacted.

5.1 Winners Announcement Dates
The announcement of winners for week 3 will take place on 11th September 2017

5.2 Weekly Winners
Winners who have won in previous weeks are eligible to participate but may only win the grand prize or runner up prize once.

6. Miscellaneous

I.By participating in this Contest, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stipulated herewith and will abide by all decisions made by AIA.

II.You shall assume full liability in the event of any injury, damage or claim resulting from your participation in the Contest and/or use and/or redemption of their prizes and/or infringement of a third party intellectual property rights.

III. AIA has the absolute discretion to change, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions and/or to terminate, suspend or cancel this Contest at any time with or without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the termination, suspension or cancellation of the Contest shall not entitle the participants or the winners to claim for compensation against AIA for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the participants or the winners as a direct or indirect result of the act of termination, suspension or cancellation.

IV.The prizes won are not transferable and not redeemable by cash. AIA’s decisions on any matter concerning these terms and conditions are final. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. By participating in this Contest you also agree to waive any liability or claim against Facebook or Instagram.
