Contest Mechanics:-

Between 1 – 31 August 2021, AIA Vitality members who upload at least 3 meal photos onto the Food Tracker feature on the My AIA apps and submit the contest form will get 20 AIA Vitality points at the end of the campaign and stand a chance to win prizes (“Prizes”). 

Terms and Conditions

1. This “Makan-Makan with AIA Vitality” Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to AIA Vitality members residing in Malaysia, including employees of AIA Malaysia (AIA Malaysia collectively refers to AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., AIA General Bhd., AIA Pension and Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. and AIA Health Services Sdn. Bhd.) (“AIA”). No purchase of AIA product(s) is necessary to participate in this Contest.
2. The Contest Period is from 1 to 31 August 2021 ("Contest Period"). Submissions made after 31 August 2021, 11.59 pm (“cut-off time”) will be disqualified.
3. To participate in the Contest, members must complete the following:-
   1. Upload at least 3 meal photos to the AIA Vitality Food Tracker on the My AIA app to get a food score within the Contest Period. 
   2. Submit his/her AIA Vitality membership number, full name as per NRIC/Passport and e-mail address on the Contest form here.

      The AIA Vitality membership number is stated on the AIA Vitality membership card. Alternatively, members can also refer to the e-card which is available via the My AIA app.

      
      NOTE:
      • All meal photos must be original photos belonging to AIA Vitality members and must not contain material that violates or infringes on another’s right, including publicity and intellectual property rights.
      • Duplicate entries with the same AIA Vitality membership number and/or e-mail address may be disqualified from the Contest.
4. Shortlisting of entries
   • All entries are first verified to ensure that there are no duplicates.
   • Entries that are incomplete and/or that do not meet the Contest Terms & Conditions mentioned above will be forfeited.
   • All entries are sorted randomly and the total number of entries are divided by 83, to get 83 shortlisted entries (i.e. 8,300 entries divided by 83 equals to 100, resulting in every 100^th entry to be shortlisted: 100^th, 200^th, 300^th, … , 8,100^th, 8,200^th, 8,300^th).
   • Shortlisted members shall be confirmed as Winners (“confirmed Winner”) only if they are able to meet all the Contest Terms and Conditions.
   • If any of the shortlisted members fail to meet the Contest Terms & Conditions, the member of the next shortlisted entry shall be considered as a confirmed Winner. The same process will continue until there are enough confirmed Winners.
   • If for any reason AIA believes that any member has breached any of these terms and conditions or does not fulfill the Contest requirements, AIA may refuse to award the Prize.
5. Winners
   • The confirmed Winners will be announced by the week of 13 September 2021 and notified through My AIA app push notification and/or the same e-mail address used to participate in the Contest.
   • If any confirmed Winner fails to respond to the notification e-mail for delivery of their Prize within seven (7) working days upon being notified, the next entry in line will be selected as a confirmed Winner. (i.e. if Winner from 600ᵗʰ entry does not respond by the deadline, the 601ˢᵗ entry will selected as a confirmed Winner)
   • Each confirmed Winner is only entitled to win one (1) Prize.
   • AIA shall not be held responsible for any losses (including loss of opportunity and any other losses flowing therefrom) and/or damages suffered in the event the Winner/confirmed Winner cannot be contacted during the Winner Announcement Week.
6. Prize(s)
   • 1 confirmed Winner shall win one (1) Samsung Convection Microwave Oven with HOT BLAST™, 35L worth RM1,599
   • 1 confirmed Winner shall win one (1) Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite worth RM1,499
   • 1 confirmed Winner shall win one (1) Fitbit Versa 3 worth RM1,148
   • 20 confirmed Winners shall win one (1) GrabFood e-voucher worth RM100 each
   • 20 confirmed Winners shall win one (1) Shopee e-voucher worth RM100 each
   • 20 confirmed Winners shall win one (1) Klook e-Gift Card worth RM100 each
   • 20 confirmed Winners shall win one (1) Touch ‘n Go eWallet reload PIN worth RM100 each
7. Miscellaneous
   • By participating in this Contest, members are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stipulated here and will abide by all decisions made by AIA.
   • All personal data provided in the Contest form for the purpose of this contest, shall be deemed to have been given with consent by the AIA Vitality members. Please visit www.aia.com.my to read the Privacy Statement.
   • The members shall assume full liability in the event of any injury, damage or claim resulting from their participation in the Contest and/or use and/or redemption of their Prize and/or infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.
   • All transportation, accommodation, personal costs, related expenses and/or any other costs and fees incurred to participate in the Contest and to redeem the Prize is the sole responsibility of the members. 
   • AIA has the absolute discretion to change, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions and/or to terminate, suspend or cancel this Contest at any time with or without prior notice.
   • For the avoidance of doubt, the termination, suspension or cancellation of the Contest shall not entitle the participants or the Winners to claim for compensation against AIA for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the participants or the Winners as a direct or indirect result of the act of termination, suspension or cancellation.
   • AIA’s decisions on any matter concerning these terms and conditions are final. Any disputes in relation to AIA’s decision will not be entertained.
