The AIA Vitality Health Check is a quick test to help you identify your risk of developing a chronic condition. Submit your 4 basic test results - BMI, blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol - and claim up to 6,000 points by 31 December 2021 to get an RM20 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN on us!

HOW ARE POINTS AWARDED?

You can earn up to 3,000 points by submitting all 4 test results. You will also receive an additional 750 points for each test that falls within the healthy range.

How it works

Book an appointment by calling your preferred BP Healthcare outlet.
During your appointment, present your AIA Vitality e-card.
Your test results will be available in a few days. Your points will be awarded automatically when your results are ready.

How it works

Book an appointment by calling your preferred Guardian outlet. This service is available at selected Guardian pharmacies only. Click here to view all the participating outlets.
During your appointment, present your AIA Vitality e-card.
You will receive your results upon completion of the health check. Your points will be automatically awarded within 3 working days.

*Member exclusive services are subject to MCO restrictions in your area. Kindly contact your preferred branch to confirm prior to your visit.

Members are eligible for 10% off health screenings at AIA’s panel clinics or hospitals. Use our Panel Locator to find one near you that offers ‘Exclusive Rates’ for AIA Vitality members.

Any health provider of your choice

As long as you have these 4 test results documented within your membership year, you can use them as proof to claim your points.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY POINTS?

To be eligible for points, the files, screenshots or photos you submit must include your health check results issued by a hospital, clinic, BP Healthcare or Guardian with your full name and date (within your current membership year).

1) FROM THE MY AIA APP

2) EMAIL US

Step 1: Attach a PNG, JPG or PDF file (remove password protection) of your health check results containing your name and date (within your current membership year).
Step 2: Indicate your full name as per NRIC and AIA Vitality number (eg: VA88888888) in the email.
Step 3: Send the email to customercare@aiavitality.com.my for verification. We will respond and award points for your current membership year if eligible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. I have obtained these test results before October but haven’t submitted them. Am I eligible?
A. As long as your test results are dated within your membership year, you can use them to claim the points and be rewarded.

Q. Who is eligible for this reward?
A. AIA Vitality members who not claimed points for all 4 tests under the VHC within their current membership year are eligible.

Q. Can I still visit Guardian or BP Healthcare to complete my health check with the exclusive member discount?
A. Guardian and BP Healthcare's operating hours and services are subject to MCO restrictions in your area. Kindly contact your preferred outlet to confirm beforehand.

Q. What are AIA's panel clinics and hospitals that offer 10% discount for health screenings?
A. Locate one near you using the AIA Panel Locator.

Q. When and how will I receive my reward after submission?
A. Your reward will be emailed to you. Please allow between 2 – 4 weeks after submission.

Q. I'm facing issues uploading my test results to the app. What do I do?
A. Please email us at customercare@aiavitality.com.my for additional help.
