#bebetter with david beckham contest 

Terms & Conditions:

1)This #BeBetter with David Beckham Contest (“Contest”) is open to all AIA Vitality members residing in Malaysia, excluding employees and Life Planners of AIA Malaysia (AIA Malaysia collectively refers to AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., AIA Pension and Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. and AIA Health Services Sdn. Bhd.) (“AIA”). No purchase of AIA products are necessary to participate in this Contest. The Contest Period is from 21st August 2017 to 10th September 2017 ("Campaign Period"). Submissions made after 10th September 2017, 11.59 pm will be disqualified.

2) To participate in the Contest, members must complete the following steps:-

Step 1: Complete the AIA Vitality Health Review at the AIA Vitality Member Portal (www.aiavitality.com.my) to get your AIA Vitality Age and earn a minimum 100 points from physical activities (ie; steps, heart rate, calories burned, speed, Organized Fitness Events, or gym visits) any time within the contest period.

Step 2: Email the following details to my.AIAVitality@aia.com by 10th September 2017.

1) Your AIA Vitality membership number

2) A screencap of your Member Portal logged in homepage to capture your Name and AIA Vitality Age 

3) A screencap of your Points Statement as proof of points earned within the contest period

4) The reason(s) why you are motivated to stay healthy.

3) Prizes

The first 100 entries will win 2 passes to the AIA Vitality 1st Year Anniversary Wellness Festival. 

Among the 100 entries, the 20 most inspiring entries will win the following additional Contest Prizes:

4) Judging Criteria

• Entries that are incomplete and/or copies/photos of the health report that do not meet the requirements as mentioned above will be forfeited.
• All passes will be given out on a first come first serve basis.
• The winners for additional Contest Prizes among the first 100 entries will be judged based on the most inspiring reasons they are motivated to stay healthy.
• All decisions announced by AIA shall be final and binding. Any disputes in relation to AIA’s decision will not be entertained.

5) Winners

• The Winners will be announced on the week of 11th September 2017
• The winners will be notified through the same e-mail address used  to participate in the Contest.
• If any winner fails to claim their passes to the AIA Vitality 1st Year Anniversary Wellness Festival within 7 working days upon being notified, another winner will be selected. 
• The additional Contest Prizes will be redeemable at the AIA Vitality 1st Year Anniversary Wellness Festival.
• AIA shall not be held responsible for any losses (including loss of opportunity and any other losses flowing therefrom) and damages suffered in the event the winner cannot be contacted.

6) Miscellaneous

• By participating in the Contest, the participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stipulated here and will abide by all decisions made by AIA.
• The participants shall assume full liability in the event of any injury, damage or claim resulting from their participation in the Contest, use and/or redemption of their prizes and/or infringement of a third parties’ intellectual property rights. 
• All transportation, accommodation, personal costs, related expenses and/or any other costs and fees incurred to participate in the Contest and to redeem the Prize is the sole responsibility of the participants. 
• AIA has the absolute discretion to change, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions and/or to terminate, suspend or cancel the Contest at any time with or without prior notice. 
• For the avoidance of doubt, the termination, suspension or cancellation of the Contest shall not entitle the participants or the winners to claim for compensation against AIA for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the participants or the winners as a direct or indirect result of the act of termination, suspension or cancellation. 
• The prizes won are not redeemable for cash. 
• AIA’s decisions on any matter concerning these terms and conditions are final.
