When is My Third Trimester?

The third trimester lasts from the 29th week of pregnancy (seventh month) until birth

What's happening to my body?

Your little one will grow a lot bigger in the third trimester. You may experience more aches and swelling as you carry your growing baby around

In the first few weeks after conception:

Your baby's bones are fully formed. The baby can now open and close its eyes and start to sense light

Your baby turns southward, settling into a heads down, bottom up position.

Your baby is considered full term and his or her organs are ready to function on their own

During the third trimester, you'll start seeing your healthcare provider more frequently. Besides determining the baby's position and checking your cervix on how your body prepares for childbirth, your doctor will regularly:
