It is a myth that exercising during pregnancy is harmful. There is no harm in maintaining an active physical life while you�re expecting� in fact, it could do you and baby a lot of good!
� Exercising is not advisable for women who have pre-existing medical conditions like asthma, heart disease or diabetes
There are plenty of ways to stay active during your pregnancy. You may not be able to be as active as you were before, so take it easy and adapt as your body experiences changes through the trimesters and always remember to consult an expert.
